These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Right Watch Co. website and our travel services. By using our site or booking a trip, you agree to these Terms.

Booking & payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A deposit or full payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the package.
• Prices are quoted in HKD or USD and may change without notice until booking is confirmed.
• Payment methods accepted: credit card, bank transfer, or PayPal (fees may apply).

Cancellations & refunds

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before departure: full refund minus a 10% handling fee.
• Cancellations between 15–29 days: 50% refund.
• Cancellations within 14 days: no refund, unless we can resell the package.
• Refunds are processed within 14 business days.

Responsibility

Right Watch Co. acts as a booking agent for third-party providers (hotels, airlines, tour operators). We are not liable for any delays, injuries, or losses caused by third parties. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

User obligations

• You must provide accurate information when booking.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
• You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations during your trip.

Intellectual property

All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the property of Right Watch Co. and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hong Kong.
